Welcome to 4 FUTURE AWARDS! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website. By using our website, you agree to comply fully with these terms and conditions . These terms and conditions will constitute a binding agreement between You and 4 FUTURE AWARDS.
Submissions and Payment
Your entry will not be processed unless we receive the entry fee and proper forms.
Refund Policy
Once an entry has been submitted, the entry fee is non-refundable. If you have been charged incorrectly, we will credit the amount due.Categories

Please note that 4 FUTURE AWARDS jury and staff will not switch your entry to another category on your behalf.
Judgment
All eligible applications will be disclosed to the jury by digital means. The jury will review and evaluate entries, and all matters related to the evaluation and voting procedures are to be kept confidential. The juries' decisions will be final.
Intellectual Property and Applicant's Warranty
By submitting a design, the entrant warrants that they are the sole owner of the intellectual property rights vested in the submitted design(s). If the design has been produced by more than one person, all authors shall be considered included in the submission. The entrant also certifies that they own all intellectual property rights and/or have the authority to submit the design. The submitted design(s) should not violate or infringe any third-party rights. The entrant releases, discharges, and holds harmless 4 FUTURE AWARDS from any and all claims that arise from the use of the submitted design(s).
Publicity License
The entrant grants 4 FUTURE AWARDS the non-exclusive worldwide use in perpetuity of the entrant's design(s), along with any provided information and metadata, for information and publicity purposes related to 4 FUTURE AWARDS. This grant is free of any fee or license, and third parties may be authorized to use the entrant's design(s).
Use of Imagery and Material
Copyright and all other rights remain with the designer and/or photographer. Any images used by 4 FUTURE AWARDS shall carry the designer's/photographer's credit line. Images may be used in any media sponsor publication related to 4 FUTURE AWARDS. Submitted images may be used by 4 FUTURE AWARDS in marketing and promotional materials but may not result in monetary compensation.
Responsibility for Submissions
Neither 4 FUTURE AWARDS affiliates nor partners assume responsibility for materials submitted in violation of competition rules or for those that violate copyright regulations. 4 FUTURE AWARDS will investigate claims of copyright infringement and remove and disqualify submissions that violate copyright or competition policies. 4 FUTURE AWARDS is not responsible for any damages resulting from images submitted in violation of rules and regulations.
Disposal of Submitted Material
If 4 FUTURE AWARDS no longer has use for the design(s), we are permitted to destroy or dispose of them and any copies of them in 4 FUTURE AWARDS' possession.
Liability
4 FUTURE AWARDS' decision on all matters related to the competition are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants understand that an unsuccessful participation or its consequences cannot be held against 4 FUTURE AWARDS. To the extent permitted by law, 4 FUTURE AWARDS is not liable for any damages, costs, or expenses related to the awards or to any third party's application or participation.
Modification of These Terms
4 FUTURE AWARDS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Use without prior notice. Any changes will be effective once they are published on the website and comply with Canadian law.
