SHORT DESCRIPTION

The team behind this multi-unit housing interior design project has gone above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfectly planned. This area can be customized with some modifications, like relocating the staircase and adding windows to meet the needs of its inhabitants and their pets. The possibilities are endless. With the growing number of single and unmarried individuals, this project aims to cater to their pursuit of a fulfilling and high-quality life. The project owner has spent several years abroad but has returned to their hometown with their furry companion, eager to embark on the next phase of their life with optimism. Aspiring for a peaceful and relaxing home, the owner desires to recharge and prepare for their future endeavors. The team has planned a spacious and well-lit living space with minimal partitions and ample empty areas to allow natural light and greenery to flood in. Incorporating the owner's preferred blue, green, and yellow color scheme, the off-white space exudes a lively and vibrant atmosphere. The team in charge of the design considered the owner's requests and aimed to meet the residents’ preferences while fulfilling their life aspirations. They altered the spatial layout by adjusting the movement line, relocating the staircase, and planning the ceiling area to optimize the lighting conditions. The gap between the staircase and the parapet wall was widened to encourage interaction between the residents and their pets. Instead of traditional partitions, soft fabric curtains were used to divide the master bedroom, allowing for both blackout and flexibility in space, deepening the bond between the residents and their pets. The team deliberately left some unoccupied and reserved buffer space for future use, ensuring that the residents have ample space to work with.
