SHORT DESCRIPTION

The project is located in Lanhua Town, Wengyuan County, Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province. Lanhua Town is the first in Guangdong Province One of the 30 provincial-level characteristic towns to create demonstration sites, the local orchid industry cluster, with Guolan as the core and orchid technology planting as the leading industry, vigorously developing orchid technology research and development, orchid cultural experience and other industrial links, vigorously exploring the unique cultural and tourism elements of orchids, and extending to tourism and leisure cultural experience, to build a modern orchid industry ecosystem. The design integrates orchid elements into the site by fully exploring them. Using the venue as a painting scroll, portray the agile and elegant form of orchids. The architectural form is like the posture of an orchid petal unfolding, with three functional blocks resembling three petals forming a central square, resembling stamens, organized into a whole, symbolizing the stable development of the local orchid industry. Utilizing the height difference of the building to create a cave space, allowing light to become the protagonist of this space, introducing sunlight, opening the screen horizontally, and allowing light and shadow to flow. The landscape is like long branches and leaves growing around the petals, forming a harmonious and unified atmosphere with the architectural landscape. The open space is created, borrowing the scenery to enter the garden, widening the width and depth of the landscape, and the spatial extension enriches the content of the park. Design has increased communication and exchange between humans and space, as well as with nature, to express beauty, showcase beauty, convey beauty through lines, colors, and forms, and convey culture.
