SHORT DESCRIPTION
Located at the Parana Delta in Rosario, Argentina, the project unites urban and rural domains, creating a unique ecosystem negotiating possibilities with the existing site conditions. A new territory is denied with an underlying artificial network inspired by the natural form of a honeycomb. It lays the groundwork for future expansion, intertwining habitable structures and nature while exploring the interplay of human influence. Over the decades, nature rejuvenates, embodying urban elements like an "infrastructural honeycomb", "truss-structured feathers", "theatrical stone", marking the inception of a spontaneous ecosystem where nature takes on sheltering or theatrical programs. The project orient itself at the discussion of the level of imprints from human traces onto the natural form and vice versa. Operating on a regional master plan level, it envisions a post-Anthropocene future that would be submerged and overwhelmed by nature in a prosthetic way.
