SHORT DESCRIPTION

With the increase in the obese population, the incidence of vaginal sidewall prolapse in women is also on the rise. Currently, in clinical practice, obese patients, inadequate dilation, and vaginal laxity in female patients limit the visibility during surgery, leading to an increase in the number and risks of general anesthesia referrals and slowing down the surgical process. This design aims to increase the physician's visual field while effectively reducing patient discomfort, addressing issues such as inadequate dilation and fat deposition during clinical surgery. This design is an economically efficient disposable four-blade vaginal speculum designed to overcome anterior vaginal wall laxity and ensure maximum visibility during surgery. The design is simple and easy to operate. By inserting the vaginal sidewall retractor into the vaginal speculum, the vaginal sidewall can easily move horizontally, providing a clear view of the cervix. This design improves the issues encountered during traditional cervical cytology sampling and vaginal surgery due to fat deposition, requiring only one speculum for examination and treatment, effectively saving costs and reducing the risk of infection associated with repeated use of medical equipment. This design features a minimalist design, easy operation, adjustable opening angle, and disposable use. It provides a more comfortable and convenient treatment experience for patients of different ages, reducing psychological stress and economic burden, thereby improving their quality of life.
