SHORT DESCRIPTION
The project is located in the Xinchuan South Area in Chengdu, part of the south section of Chengdu High-tech Industrial Development Zone. It boasts a low-density ecological environment, highly accessible transportation, and comprehensive surrounding amenities, with convenient access to education and medical services. The landscape walls at the main entrance are arranged in a staggered manner, subtly concealing the inner courtyard scenery and creating fascinating light and shadow effects, complemented by water, tree, mountain and rock elements. A stepping stone path leads to an open landscape pavilion that serves as the visual focal point, connecting the scattered inner courtyard buildings, outlining the spatial boundaries, and dividing the area into two courtyards. The community lobby uses contemporary materials to reinterpret the traditional double-slope roof, imparting a magnificent and elegant atmosphere. Visitors pass through the lobby, turn right, and stroll along the winding sheltered corridor. The property models display area and the negotiation area are separated by water, maintaining functional independence while being spatially connected. The swimming pool opens completely to the inner courtyard through operable folding glass doors, achieving landscape sharing and boundless views. The large cantilevered roof of the tea area on the top floor softens the transition between architecture and nature, creating a wide and open leisure space. Bamboo elements are employed throughout the building complex in various forms, infusing it with a pure, dynamic oriental charm. Dark stone on both sides of the entrance is combined with bamboo elements, creating a lively and poetic effect with starlight-like lighting. The soft tones enhance the overall visual experience. The main materials feature a combination of gray marble, bronze, and dark gray aluminum plates. The landscape walls, sculptures, water features, and corner surfaces are partially adorned with green luxury stones, adding vibrancy to the calming black and gold palette.
