To ensure superior air quality, a whole-house dehumidifier was installed, creating a comfortable living environment. The functional aspect of the design is not overlooked, with a focus on ample storage solutions. Additionally, recognizing the homeowner's passion for wine, the dining room features a well-appointed bar and a wine cooler, catering to the homeowner's love for wine tasting. The homeowner, who works in the technology industry, has a preference for a sleek and modern aesthetic. The interior design features a harmonious blend of grey and wood tones, accented with technological elements crafted from iron. This fusion creates a stylish ambiance that exudes a balanced and unassuming allure. In the living room, expansive overhead cabinets provide generous storage space for a diverse range of items, including luggage, sports equipment, and household essentials. Additionally, the bedroom area adjacent to the window leverages the platform's depth to introduce a unique lift-up feature, offering residents convenient storage solutions. To address the homeowner's emphasis on feng shui, the designer meticulously aligned the height of the window sill with a coffee table, allowing for the placement of stone dangdangs. This thoughtful arrangement aims to promote a stabilizing and calming feng shui effect while invoking auspicious energies for the homeowner. The versatile open-plan dining room features a stylish bar design with a wine cooler cleverly integrated beneath the counter, providing a perfect spot for homeowners to unwind and enjoy their favorite wine. The innovative design also incorporates a space-saving feature where the dining table can be discreetly tucked underneath the bar and easily pulled out when needed.
