SHORT DESCRIPTION
Wenzhou Longwan Fuchun Future Community is one of the first 24 pilot projects in Zhejiang Province, marking a pivotal new-type residential demonstration project in the region. It breaks the enclosed space of conventional neighborhoods, advocating the integration of "residence, entrepreneurship, transportation, logistics, and supporting facilities." Centered on the "Ruyi Axis" - an aerial corridor, the project comprehensively arranges childcare, startup hubs, senior universities, community health stations, cafeterias, and sports centers, among others, based on the nine scenarios of future communities. Its goal is to create a composite future community that embodies "smart sharing, ecological coexistence, all-age entertainment, and the co-prosperity of industry and city." The design introduces the "Ruyi Axis" to organize various supporting functions, elevating major pedestrian traffic to the second floor while connecting surrounding plots, infusing vitality into the community's main life axis. Apart from conventional ground greenery, the community also features multi-level vertical landscaping, with each household equipped with an air garden occupying up to 10% of its interior area. Talent housing not only includes private air gardens but also incorporates public green platforms every two floors in common areas. Both podium and main building roofs are also greened. Located by the sea, the exterior design of residences in Wenzhou Longwan Fuchun Future Community draws inspiration from natural landscapes, incorporating elements like "white gulls riding waves," "flowing clouds and water," and "glimmering sea light," blending the essence of nature into daily life. Committed to becoming a diverse, shared, and harmonious home, this community transcends being merely a residential space; it's a living environment that fosters smart sharing, promotes healthy lifestyles, and strengthens community cohesion.
