SHORT DESCRIPTION

This landscape planning project presents an innovative design for a residential building, underpinned by the key concepts of "flow and connection," with a minimalist aesthetic as the guiding theme. By skillfully intertwining geometric shapes with whimsical, childlike elements, the design team has crafted a living environment that is not only modern and artistic but also resonates with a profound sense of warmth and humanity. The proposal encompasses several key areas, including an inviting entrance courtyard, a spacious atrium, and thoughtfully designed walkways. To enhance these spaces, the team has seamlessly integrated ribbon-like, flowing flower beds and layered planting landscapes that create visual depth and interest. Furthermore, engaging landscape installations and carefully selected street furniture invite interaction and foster a sense of community. As a result, this landscape transcends mere visual appeal; it becomes a dynamic space that encourages dialogue and interaction among residents. By prioritizing these elements, the design invites individuals to not only admire their surroundings but also to actively engage with the environment, ultimately enriching their experience of everyday life. Standing in the entrance plaza, one will notice that the design incorporates setbacks, allowing for a spacious landscape. The entrance courtyard serves as a welcoming focal point, adorned with installation art that offers residents a sense of ritual upon returning home. Layered planting, featuring a mix of high and low vegetation, forms a lush green barrier, creating a private and comfortable atmosphere. While walking along the pathway, one will observe a distinctive linear zebra pattern in the pavement that enhances the visual appeal. In one corner, rounded stone chairs resemble clouds, adding a playful element to the environment.
