SHORT DESCRIPTION

This project focuses on the meticulous planning of a private clubhouse, thoughtfully designed to cater to the owners' needs for gatherings, wine tastings, fine dining, and the display of cherished collections. The design team is dedicated to introducing a variety of functional facilities while skillfully employing a harmonious blend of colors and materials. This approach ensures that the clubhouse not only serves a practical purpose but also exudes a timeless elegance that resonates with the owners. To create an inviting atmosphere, the color palette predominantly features soothing neutral tones, which are artfully complemented by subtle metallic accents. Together, these elements cultivate a soft and comfortable ambiance, infused with a touch of understated luxury. Meanwhile, the choice of materials is both intentional and diverse; rough natural stone brings an earthy quality, smooth metal adds a sleek modernity, and fine-textured brushed wood introduces warmth and sophistication. This carefully curated combination results in a captivating interplay of textures and colors, enriching the visual experience and elevating the overall aesthetic of the space. As guests step into the reception area, they will be immediately enveloped by a symmetrical and open layout that exudes tranquility and comfort. The thoughtfully arranged seating ensures ample accommodations for both guests and drivers, making the space inviting and accessible. On the other hand, as one moves along the carefully planned circulation route, they will discover an array of functional areas, including an entertaining KTV lounge, a stylish bar, and a refreshing pool area, all seamlessly integrated into the expansive design. The KTV and bar zones are skillfully delineated by distinct ceiling shapes, creating a sense of individuality while maintaining overall harmony.
