SHORT DESCRIPTION

This project focuses on transforming an enchanting old house, over 40 years in age, into a modern office space that beautifully blends functionality and aesthetics. Through meticulous renovation and innovative layout design, we have crafted an inviting and luminous environment that not only meets the diverse needs of the owner but also inspires productivity and collaboration. The thoughtfully designed space encompasses a warm reception area, 13 well-appointed staff workstations, and 2 independent office rooms that promote focus and privacy. A public discussion area encourages open communication, while a designated business machine workspace enhances efficiency. Employees will appreciate the convenience of a pantry and 2 restrooms, all complemented by a spacious conference room that comfortably accommodates up to 20 individuals, ideal for meetings and brainstorming sessions. In pursuit of an airy, open atmosphere that simultaneously maintains individual privacy, the designer has artfully incorporated translucent materials throughout the space. The use of straight lines and matte glass allows natural light to permeate each area while subtly shielding sightlines, achieving an exquisite balance between openness and seclusion. This office not only reflects the owner's vision but also sets a new standard for modern workplace design. Upon entering the room, visitors are immediately captivated by a striking square structural column, measuring 65 cm on each side, positioned at its center. Surrounding this architectural feature, the designer has thoughtfully crafted an irregularly shaped island table that serves multiple purposes. This versatile table provides a dynamic space for staff to engage in communication and collaborative discussions, while also elegantly transforming into a dining area adjacent to the kitchen pantry. In addition, it seamlessly extends the office work area, accommodating a diverse range of needs with both flexibility and style.
