SHORT DESCRIPTION
This ski jacket is designed for extreme skiing environments. Drawing inspiration from the Northern Lights, its “chasing the polar lights” color scheme translates nature’s enchanting hues into a distinct gradient print that embodies the brand’s signature style. The ski jacket delivers stable, predictable microclimate management for a comfortable wearing experience. It features a Dermizax® composite outer layer, offering a hydrostatic pressure resistance of up to JIS 20,000 mm and a Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate (MVTR) of 10,000 g/m²/24 h. This ensures effective protection against external water penetration while allowing water vapor molecules to escape. During activity, sweat vapor condenses upon contact with the membrane, is instantly absorbed, and efficiently released—preventing stuffiness and interior condensation. Even under wet or freezing conditions, the fabric remains soft and stretchable. The ski jacket’s inner layer is equipped with HeatStream® 3.0, the same advanced technology adopted by the national ski team. It delivers 3D breathability that channels heat throughout the garment for even distribution. A one-piece molded honeycomb breathable cotton layer, combined with a hollow mesh layer for thermal circulation and moisture-wicking quick-dry lining, keeps the core area of the body warm, breathable, and dry. It is insulated with 3M™ Thinsulate™ high-performance thermal cotton, an aerospace-grade material that is 30% thinner than conventional filling, providing twice the thermal insulation. A cross-laid layering technique creates a stable air-trapping structure, balancing loft and rebound with efficient moisture absorption. Attention to detail further elevates performance: the outer layer features a three-dimensional embossed structure that provides durability and support when carrying skis, while the inner layer integrates sandwich mesh panels to relieve shoulder pressure and enhance all-day comfort.
