The Shanchuan Series takes inspiration from magnificent mountains and rivers. Its design cleverly employs panels with skeletal lines of varying widths to craft a cabinet frame that blends vintage charm with modern elegance. The cabinet doors feature distinctive shapes, evoking the forms of “mountains” and “rivers,” seamlessly merging the grandeur and solidity of nature into the door and giving it a unique artistic appeal. Meanwhile, it has practical functions. Its generous storage space, complemented by adjustable shelves, meets diverse storage needs while keeping living spaces organized and tidy. The series stands out for its exceptional craftsmanship and premium quality. It is crafted using a direct-to-substrate veneering process, with Grade-A Burmese teak for the mid-century toned panels and imported white oak solid veneer for the black sections, showcasing natural wood grain and a refined texture. All veneers are AAA-grade, 50 microns thick, precision-joined with advanced machinery. The seams are carefully finished with sanding and brushing to bring out the natural wood grain. Three elegant color options—teak (Burmese teak), black (FAS white oak), and walnut (FAS North American black walnut)—allow customers to choose according to their personal aesthetic. The cabinet body uses concealed connectors and lamino joinery, with 45-degree mitered edges, for a clean, three-dimensional look. The series also employs the Italian technique of edge-sealing before veneering, effectively preventing glue marks and enhancing overall quality. Meanwhile, all hidden surfaces are carefully finished with no raw wood exposed. The inner drawer frames are made of teak-colored multilayer lacquer-free solid wood panels, combining practicality and eco-friendliness.
