SHORT DESCRIPTION

Reshaping a new paradigm for international urban cultural centers, The Eminence Land clubhouse in Beijing’s Fengtai district merges Oriental luxury brushwork with contemporary design. Rooted in the historical depth of the capital’s central axis, the project balances the city’s traditional cultural genes with its evolving urban spirit. PSQUARED² leads the interior design, abandoning conventional zoning and instead weaving a flowing spatial narrative that integrates business, leisure, culture, and wellness. The design concept centers on cultural empowerment, scene symbiosis, and natural infiltration. Drawing inspiration from Beijing’s heritage, elements such as the pavilion rooflines of the Forbidden City and the geometric rhythms of the Temple of Heaven are abstracted into modern artistic language, forming subtle cultural symbols that enrich the spatial experience. A restrained palette of wood, stone, glass, and warm light creates layered atmospheres that harmonize with light and shadow. Highlights include a lobby with laminated glass recalling jade fans and screens, a circular hall centered on an amber sculpture under a dome embedded with constellations, and multifunctional areas where community, family, and business needs converge. Spaces for tea, negotiation, reading, parent-child interaction, and fitness are fluidly connected, supporting both collective engagement and individual retreat. Natural greenery and open French windows blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors, creating an immersive environment. The project responds to contemporary aspirations that move beyond material accumulation toward cultural depth and spiritual fulfillment. By bridging tradition and modernity, dissolving generational divides, and cultivating both function and meaning, The Eminence Land establishes itself as a cultural landmark. It reflects humanistic care, international perspective, and Oriental aesthetics, offering the tower-top community a paradigm of refined, poetic living within Beijing’s historic and ecological foundation.
